Jennifer Camden

Jennifer Camden has a diverse and extensive work experience in various HR roles. Jennifer began their career in 2000 as a Manager of Supplemental Staffing at Mature Resources, where they managed a team and handled recruiting, consulting, and HR management. Jennifer then worked as an Employee Relations Specialist at Pamida, providing consultation to executives and leaders.

From 2004 to 2005, Jennifer served as an Employee Relations Specialist at KRA Corporation, where they managed HR functions and conducted a comprehensive study on employee retention. Jennifer then joined Adtalem Global Education in 2005 as an HRBP & Talent Management Champion, leading talent management initiatives across multiple locations.

In 2013, Jennifer became a Principal HR Business Partner at CoStar Group, where they partnered with the EVP to develop and implement talent strategies for a high-growth sales organization. Jennifer also created the company's first framework for addressing corrective action needs.

From 2016 to 2018, Jennifer worked as a Director of Human Resources at Surescripts, focusing on HR business partnering and learning and development. Jennifer then transitioned to Digital Turbine in 2018 as a Director of People & Culture, leading the overall strategy and integration of HR functions following an acquisition.

Currently, Jennifer is the Director for Global Human Resources at The Cadmus Group, serving as a change agent and project manager. Jennifer provides expertise and support in various HR areas, including learning and development, policy implementation, employee communications, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and employee relations.

Jennifer Camden has a Bachelor of Science degree in Interpersonal Speech Communication from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Jennifer also holds a Master of HR Management degree with a focus on Strategic HR Leadership from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2022, Insights Discovery Client Practioner in 2017, DiSC Genius Certification from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand in 2017, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2015, Forte Certified Facilitator from The Forté Institute in 2012, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute in 2008.
