Jennifer Feinleib

Jennifer Feinleib has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with their most recent role being Vice President Global Human Resources at The Cadmus Group. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Global Human Resources at Nathan Associates. Jennifer also held the position of Director, HR Compliance at Enviva LP and Recruitment Training and Systems Manager at DAI. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Recruitment at AECOM International Development, an Account Manager at Aquent, and an HR and Careers Consultant at Account Management. Jennifer also gained valuable experience at AOL, where they worked in various roles including Assistant Program Manager, Account Executive, and Sales Support. Jennifer started their career as a Technical and Customer Support at mainxchange and later worked as an HR Advisor at Ganesha Aggies Jaya.

Jennifer Feinleib, SPHR completed their undergraduate education at the University of California, Santa Cruz from 1990 to 1994, earning a degree in Anthropology with a focus on Southeast Asian Studies. Jennifer also obtained additional certifications throughout their career, including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Ed in 2021, Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) from AIRS in March 2016, Talent Acquisition Strategist (TAS) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in November 2015, and Coaching from Northern Virginia Community College in June 2013.
