Paul Lynch

Paul Lynch is a creative and collaborative general manager with over 20 years of experience leading progressively larger organizations. Forward-thinking and data-driven, Paul oversees Cadmus’ organizational execution, program delivery, continuous improvement process, quality management system, operational due diligence and acquisition integration, and corporate services. He also collaborates with other members of the executive team on strategy development and execution and on growth planning.

Prior to joining Cadmus, Paul led operations for ICF’s public sector operating group. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland, University College.
