Susan Chodakewitz

Susan Chodakewitz currently serves as the Chief Growth Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President for Public Sector Strategy at The Cadmus Group since February 2023. In addition, Susan has been a member of the Board of Directors for the East Region of the Air Traffic Control Association since September 2014 and has chaired the Board of Women in Aerospace since January 2014, focusing on promoting women's leadership in the aerospace sector. Prior leadership roles include CEO at Nathan Associates Inc. from April 2015 to February 2023, President of Tetra Tech AMT from 2007 to 2015, and SVP/VP of Operations at SAIC from 1995 to 2006. Susan began their career as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from 1985 to 1994. Educational credentials include a Master of International Affairs in Russian Studies from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from Lehigh University.
