Shewit Love is the Founder and CEO of The Cake Industrial and The Cake Creative, both nationally recognized, minority and woman-owned recruiting firms focused on elevating talent and transforming hiring practices. With a decade of experience as the Director for Creative Circle, Shewit generated over $100 million in direct sales and scaled the San Francisco office to over $45 million in annual revenue while managing and developing a team of over 30. As a co-founder and business advisor at Clean Up Nice, Shewit successfully expanded the brand to two locations and led operational and team development. Additionally, as a private investor in real estate and tech, Shewit invested over $1 million and contributed to significant returns and successful project executions. Shewit holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Marketing from San Diego State University.
