Tabatha Copeland is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in supporting individuals and families, particularly in the areas of housing and developmental disabilities. Currently serving as a Resident Services Coordinator at The Caleb Group since March 2023, Tabatha connects residents with essential resources to maintain housing stability. Previous roles include Career Specialist and Career Access Trainer at Families Forward, as well as Case Manager at Woodfords Family Services and Pine Tree Society, where the focus was on empowering adults with developmental disabilities. Tabatha also has experience as a Direct Support Professional at Katahdin Friends Incorporated, and held positions in retail and office management early in the career. Tabatha holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Southern Maine and an Associate's degree in Human Services from Southern Maine Community College.

The Caleb Group provides secure, affordable homes and builds stable communities that offer diverse populations the tools and resources to empower individuals to make positive changes in their lives. The Caleb Group is a nonprofit organization/501c3 as recognized by the IRS. Caleb acquires, develops, preserves and manages housing communities. We strive to create positive, supportive, encouraging communities through the efforts of our Service Coordinators and the related programs and Community Centers associated with each community. Community members are offered resources and programming that help to stabilize and improve their lives through our service coordination programs.
