Susan Silvey

Susan Silvey is an experienced insurance professional with a solid background in customer service and account management. Currently an Account Manager at The Campbell Group, an Acrisure Partner since March 2018, Susan previously held roles at Mapes Insurance Agency as a Customer Service/Agent since June 2014, and at Waterstone Insurance Agency, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative from August 2007 to June 2014. Earlier in their career, Susan worked as an Office Administrator/Claim Processor at Aflac from March 1999 to August 2007. Susan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Insurance and an Associate degree in Marketing from Ferris State University, complemented by an education from Onekama Consolidated Schools.
