Olga Novikova is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent Management and Culture at the Canada Infrastructure Bank since August 2022. Prior to this role, Olga held significant positions including Senior Manager of Global Talent and Performance at Celestica, where responsibilities involved modernizing performance management practices and developing a global competency framework.
