Richard Francella

Richard Francella currently serves as the Manager of Public Affairs and Manager of Communications at Canada Infrastructure Bank since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Communications Advisor at Hydro One, and Issues Manager and Press Secretary in the Ontario Ministry of Education, where Richard developed communication strategies for education and childcare issues. Previous positions encompass Junior Press Secretary in the City of Toronto's Mayor's Office, Graduate Assistant at Ryerson University, community management at Sparksheet, and communications support for the Quebec Writers' Federation. Richard holds a Master of Professional Communication from Ryerson University, a Graduate Diploma in Public Relations and Communications from McGill University, and an Honors Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph.
