Terence Foran

Terence Foran is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communication within the public sector. Currently serving as Director of Communications at Canada Infrastructure Bank since March 2019, Terence previously held various roles at Infrastructure Ontario from June 2006 to February 2019, including Senior Communications Manager and Communications Advisor, where responsibilities encompassed developing crisis management and issues management plans for government infrastructure projects. Earlier, as a Public Affairs Specialist at the Region of Peel from June 2003 to June 2006, Terence focused on marketing and communications support. Academically, Terence holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and a Corporate Communications Post-Graduate Certificate from Seneca Polytechnic.
