Randy St. Louis currently serves as the Senior Manager of Membership, Business Development & Information Technology at The Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists since April 2018, focusing on membership growth, revenue diversification, and IT project management. Previously, Randy held the position of Director of Sales & Membership at CAA North & East Ontario, successfully directing a $30 million sales operation and achieving record growth. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Sitel, where Randy expanded sales operations significantly, and Senior Collections Agent at Bell Canada, managing complex customer inquiries. Randy began a career in retail management as Store Manager at Blockbuster Video. Education includes attendance at Esade in 2016.
