Jenny Kearney

Jenny Kearney is an experienced fundraising professional currently serving as Board Chair and Director at the Public Fundraising Regulatory Association Australia since May 2023. With a long tenure at Cancer Council NSW since June 2016, Kearney has excelled as Acquisition Manager, leading digital and direct marketing initiatives that significantly enhance fundraising outcomes and managing a dedicated acquisition team. Notable achievements include a 40% year-on-year improvement in regular giver recruitment and recognition as Fundraising & Philanthropy's “Mover and Shaker” of 2017. Previous roles include Operations Manager and Team Leader at The Fundraising People, where Kearney directed operations across Australia and New Zealand and actively trained and managed fundraising teams. Kearney holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science from University College Cork and a degree in Human Resource Management from TAFE NSW.
