Milton Calderon Donefer is a seasoned entrepreneur and consultant with a strong background in sustainability and food waste reduction. As Co-Founder and COO of Cheffer since January 2022, Milton aids hospitality groups in optimizing their purchasing strategies. Concurrently, as Co-Founder of MealCare, Milton has played a crucial role in diverting over 91,000 meals from landfills to food-insecure individuals across Canada. Milton's entrepreneurial journey includes serving as a 2019 Cansbridge Fellow, attending a startup bootcamp in Silicon Valley, and mentoring new fellows. Previous positions include Founder-In-Residence at Entrepreneur First, Management Consultant at EY, and Venture Capital Analyst at SOSV, among others. Milton's commitment to sustainability was recognized with inclusion in The Starfish Canada's Top 25 Environmentalist Under 25 in 2020 and contributions to McGill University's Sustainability Project Fund Governance Council. Milton holds an Honours B.A. from McGill University.
