Sean Monteiro

Sean Monteiro is an accomplished entrepreneur and innovator, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Bounce, an all-in-one platform for community building and event hosting, since December 2020. Monteiro holds multiple prestigious positions, including Partner at Day by Day Ventures, Fellow with C100, and ODF Fellow at On Deck. As a Cansbridge Fellowship Fellow, Monteiro is recognized for exceptional leadership among student risk-takers in Canada. Monteiro was selected as one of Canada’s Next 36 Entrepreneurial Leaders, earning extensive mentorship and funding opportunities. Notable previous roles include G20 Canadian Delegate and Nordic Strategy & City Manager at Circ, where Monteiro significantly increased revenue and operational efficiency. Monteiro's foundational experience includes a strategic role at General Motors, where Monteiro contributed to significant innovations and patented technologies. Montiero holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biomechanical/Materials Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University.
