Randy Manner

Randy Manner is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership development and national security. As President of Manner Analytics, LLC since 2013, Randy collaborates with CEOs and senior executives to drive cultural change within organizations. Additionally, Randy serves as a Strategic Advisor at The Johns Hopkins University, focusing on strategic matters for the Energetics Research Group, and is an active member of the American College of National Security Leaders' Executive Committee. As a Senior Advisor at The CAP Group and a member of the Honorary Advisory Board for the EOD Warrior Foundation, Randy supports veterans and their families. Previous roles include Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry Hay Group and Acting Vice Chief of the National Guard Bureau. Randy holds an MBA from The Wharton School, a BS in Computer Science from Penn State University, and has pursued further education at Georgetown University and The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
