Francois Landman is an accomplished advocate with extensive experience in commercial litigation, currently serving at the Cape Bar since January 2016. In this role, Francois engages with attorneys and manages the litigation process, representing clients before Superior Courts. Prior to this position, Francois was a pupil advocate at the Cape Bar and worked as an attorney at Adams & Adams, specializing in intellectual property enforcement, including trademark and copyright litigation, and various disputes. Francois holds a BAccLLB from Stellenbosch University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Tax Law from the University of Cape Town, and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law at Queen Mary University of London, alongside a Diploma in The International Legal Practice Program from IE Law School and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
