Edward P. "Ned" Grace III has held various roles throughout their work experience. Edward P. "Ned" has worked as a Director for Benihana, Inc since 2012. Edward P. "Ned" has also served as a Trustee for Barings Capital Management and has held director positions in several companies including Shawmut Design and Construction, Bugaboo Creek Steak House, The Capital Grille, ANGELO, GORDON & CO., L.P, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Grace Venture Partners, Larkburger, and Not Your Average Joe's. Edward P. "Ned" has a diverse range of experience in sectors such as construction, hospitality, and investment advising.
Edward P. "Ned" Grace III obtained a B.A. cum laude degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Vermont, where they attended from 1969 to 1973. Prior to that, they attended Suffield Academy from 1966 to 1969. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in corporate directing from The American College of Corporate Directors, including Professional Director Certification in 2010, Advanced Professional Director Certification in 2011, Masters Professional Director Certification in 2013, and Executive Masters Professional Director Certification in 2017.
