Kelly Payne has extensive work experience in the restaurant industry. Kelly started their career at Hillstone Restaurant Group in 1996, where they worked as a General Manager and Service Manager for ten years. In 2006, they joined The Capital Grille as a Sales & Marketing Manager and later became the Manager of Training & Development. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at The Capital Grille.
Kelly Payne attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Business Administration and Management, General. During the same time period, they also attended Texas State University and obtained another Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
