Chief Cook at The Capital Grille

Lisa Knight started their work experience in 2012 as a customer service representative and telesales agent at Interactive Response Tech/T-Mobile. In 2013, they worked as a cook, washer, and stocker at Betty Soul Food Restaurant. Lisa then worked as a general manager at Firehouse Subs from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they joined The Capital Grille as a chief cook. In 2017, they became a baker and line cook at Berries In the Grove. Lisa has demonstrated skills in food preparation, customer service, sales, team management, and multitasking.

Lisa Knight obtained a high school diploma from Nation High School in 2005. In 2006, they attended Lindsey Hopkins Technical Education Center to study Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Additionally, they obtained certifications in customer services/telesales from Miami-Dade School in 2000 and became a Certified Professional Food Manager (CPFM) through Food Service Solutions Inc. in 2014.
