Matt Sasaki is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as a Service Manager at The Capital Grille since November 2021. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Front Of House Manager at Quality Branded from September 2020 to June 2021 and served as the Edge Restaurant Manager and Sommelier at Westgate Resorts from March 2013 to August 2019, where responsibilities included various roles such as bartender, server, lead server, and supervisor. Earlier in Matt's career, a Food & Beverage Supervisor position was held at Waldorf Astoria Park City from May 2010 to July 2014, with experience as an expeditor, server, and bartender. Matt earned an Associate's degree in General Studies from Salt Lake Community College.
