Valerie Goodman is an experienced restaurant and bar manager with over 30 years in the hospitality industry. Since February 2002, Valerie has served as the Restaurant Bar Manager at The Capital Grille. Prior experience includes ownership and management at What a Crock! LLC. Restaurant & Food Truck from September 2006 to December 2011, as well as ownership and management at 550 Cafe / Top Nosh Catering from September 1998 to August 2006. Valerie also worked as the Food Beverage Controller at Morton's The Steakhouse from June 1988 to August 1998. Valerie holds an Associate of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from Gwinnett Technical College.
