Mohammed Almadhi currently serves as the Head of Private Equity and Investment Banking at Albilad Capital البلاد المالية since July 2022 and is a member of the CMI Arranging & Advisory Committee for the Capital Market Institutions Committee since November 2021. Previously, Mohammed Almadhi held the position of Deputy Head of Investment Banking at Saudi Fransi Capital from January 2021 to June 2022. Mohammed Almadhi's extensive experience at the Capital Market Authority from August 2010 to January 2021 included roles as Director of the Offering and Merger & Acquisition Department, Manager of the Initial Public Offering and Private Placement Units, and involvement in the Securities Listing and Prudential Departments. Additionally, Mohammed Almadhi served on the Technical Committee of the Islamic Financial Services Board from May 2018 to April 2019. Educational credentials include a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance and Investment from the University of Exeter (2009-2010) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from King Saud University (2004-2008).
The Capital Market Institutions Committee
The Capital Market Institutions Committee undertakes initiatives to enhance and empower the role of the Capital Market Institutions through discussing topics of interest to the Capital Market institutions and the Capital Market Authority. Also, the Committee is the focal point between the Capital Market institutions and the Capital Market Authority.
