Ruth M. Debar

Ruth M. DeBar, Ph.D., BCBA-D is the Co-Founder of the Capstone Center, where Ruth M. uses the science of learning to address skill deficits and behavior excesses of individuals with special needs. Ruth M. is also a Professor at Caldwell University since September 2009. Ruth holds a Master of Science (MS) in ABA from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Temple University.
