Natasha Shane has extensive work experience in the travel and leisure industry. Natasha is currently the Head of Strategic Product Development & Sustainability at The Caravan & Motorhome Club since December 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Strategic Product Development at Experience Freedom starting in April 2017. Natasha also has experience at The Caravan Club, where they served as Head of Strategic Product Development from January 2016. Natasha had previously held positions within the same company, including Head of Product Development and Head of E-Commerce. Before joining The Caravan Club, Natasha worked for Cosmos as a Product and Commercial Manager and for Style Holidays as a Marketing Manager. Natasha also held roles as a Product Manager at Inspirations Holidays and as a Brochure Production Executive and Product Executive at First Choice Holidays. Natasha Shane has a strong background in strategic product development, e-commerce, and marketing within the travel industry.

Natasha Shane has a diverse education history. In 2023, they attended ABTA where they studied Carbon Literacy. In 2016, they enrolled at the Institute of Directors (IoD), focusing on Strategic Thinking. In 2013, they pursued a degree in Strategy and Leadership at Esade, specifically at FIA University. Prior to this, they attended Northumbria University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned their BA Hons in Travel and Tourism Management. Natasha's education also includes completing their 3 A levels in Economics, Geography, and Biology from Victoria College Belfast, which they finished between 1988 and 1990. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance in October 2010.
