Stacy McNeiland

Stacy McNeiland serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of ROAR at The C.A.R.E. Center (Child Abuse Response & Evaluation) in Oklahoma City, where responsibilities include strategic planning, operational management, fundraising, and marketing since August 2013. Additionally, Stacy authored "Rex Finds Stacy's ROAR," a prevention education book for children aged 4-8, designed to complement the ROAR program. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at the University of Central Oklahoma from 1995 to 2013, where Stacy advanced through positions related to student services, alumni relations, and community outreach while executing recruitment strategies. Stacy holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Business with a Leadership Track from Oklahoma City University and a Bachelor's in Public Relations from the University of Central Oklahoma.
