Cindy McKelvey has extensive experience in healthcare administration, currently serving as an Eligibility and Authorization Specialist at The Care Team since November 2021. Previous roles include Scheduling Specialist at Residential Hospice and Secretary at Ascension Macomb Hospital. Cindy's career in healthcare began at Ascension St. John Hospital Detroit as a Health Unit Coordinator in Oncology, alongside roles at Ascension Crittenton Hospital in the CVICU and Bon Secours Hospital. Earlier experience includes positions as a Secretary at GM Powertrain and an Office Manager/Human Resources Representative at Unisys Corporation. Cindy holds an Associates of General Studies degree from Macomb Community College, earned in 2019.
