Jacqlyn Reynolds

Jacqlyn Reynolds, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with a diverse background in HR operations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at The Care Team since June 2024, Jacqlyn previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Flat River Group, where responsibilities included establishing the HR department and overseeing various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and employee relations. Earlier experience includes roles as an Account Manager at WSI - Workforce Strategies, Inc., HR/Admin Assistant at Emergency Care Specialists, and a Human Resources Intern at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital, among others. Jacqlyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration and Human Resource Management from Ferris State University, along with a Human Resources certificate from Davenport University.
