Kelly Hogan

Kelly Hogan is the Small Business Owner of Champ Therapy and Wellness PLLC since January 2021. Previously, Kelly worked as a Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist at The Care Team since February 2019. With a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and a Master of Occupational Therapy from the same institution, Kelly has a strong educational background to support their work experience.
