Kerry Nelson

Kerry Nelson is the Regional Head of HR at Lidl GB, responsible for overseeing HR, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Engagement, Data Protection, and International Reporting for over 2000 employees. With a commitment to driving Lidl's growth, Kerry leads and inspires the HR team while maintaining a focus on employee achievement and accountability. Additionally, Kerry has held roles such as Head of Legal Compliance & Data Protection and Area Manager within Lidl, where expertise in cost control and KPI management was demonstrated. Kerry also serves as a voluntary Enterprise Adviser for The Careers & Enterprise Company and was a Board Member for the Lightyear Foundation, advocating for disabled children's participation in STEM. Educational qualifications include CIPD certification, a degree in Human Resource Management, and diplomas in Marketing and Media Science.
