Kirsty Munro McIpd

Kirsty Munro MCIPD is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR (interim) at Great British Nuclear since January 2024. With extensive experience, Kirsty has held multiple roles at The Careers & Enterprise Company as a voluntary Enterprise Adviser since April 2021 and was previously the HR Lead at Great British Nuclear from September 2022 to January 2024. Prior to this, Kirsty worked at the Cabinet Office in various positions, including Head of In-Scheme Assessments and Strategic Resourcing Partner, from August 2017 to September 2022. Kirsty's career began at HM Revenue & Customs, where roles included Inspector of Taxes and Operations Manager from November 2008 to August 2017. Kirsty holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Sheffield Hallam University, completed between 2004 and 2007, and attended Urmston Grammar School from 1997 to 2004.
