Sara Mohideen

Sara Mohideen has extensive experience in community engagement and operational management, currently serving as the Internal Operations Senior Manager at The Careers & Enterprise Company since June 2019. Previously, Sara held roles at the National Skills Academy for Financial Services from January 2012 to May 2019, including Head of Community Programmes, where leadership focused on employability, financial education, and diversity initiatives. Sara also managed significant community investment projects in partnership with Barclays, benefiting over 500,000 UK college students. Earlier roles include Community Relations Manager at Tube Lines and Community Investment Co-ordinator at Bexley Council, where proactive stakeholder communication and multi-agency strategy development were key responsibilities. Sara's career began with an industrial placement in HR at Automobiles Peugeot, following a BSc in Business and Management from the University of Bradford.
