Jimmy Liu

Jimmy Liu is an experienced technology support professional with a comprehensive background in technical assistance and customer service. Currently serving as a Technology Support Specialist at The Carey School since July 2022, Jimmy provides extensive technical support to staff, faculty, and students. Previously, as a Technical Support Representative in Retail Marketing at PlayStation from October 2006 to March 2022, responsibilities included live support, software testing, technical documentation, and training employees. Additionally, Jimmy acted as a PlayStation Representative for Northern California, focusing on brand representation in retail outlets. Earlier experience as a Geek Squad Agent at Best Buy involved providing in-home technical support, while a role as Senior Media at Best Buy included processing merchandise and supervising staff. Jimmy has foundational education from the College of San Mateo.
