Ashley Small, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Business Analyst at The CARIAN Group since May 2023. Prior experience includes working at VOLLERS as a Project Cost Control Analyst from February 2016 to May 2023, where Ashley created and implemented a data reporting system to monitor revenue for multi-million-dollar projects and streamlined work procedures through automation. Additionally, experience as a Project Coordinator at Electric Brigade Inc from February 2014 to December 2015 involved regular communication with employees and contractors for project updates and managing vendor relations. Ashley holds a Master of Business Administration from Montclair State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Marketing from Kean University.
