Gauri Patil

Gauri Patil is a consultant at The CARIAN Group, having held positions as Sr. Analyst and Analyst in Project Controls since March 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Fellow and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Columbia University in the City of New York from January 2020 to May 2021, as well as a research fellow at Columbia University Center for Buildings, Infrastructure and Public Space, where Gauri studied the impact of COVID-19 on the construction industry and conducted market research in collaboration with Congressman Adriano Espaillat. Additional experience includes a real estate operations internship at Focus Real Estate in mid-2020, which involved lead identification and market data assessment for acquisition strategies. Gauri holds a Master of Science in Engineering and Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Mumbai.
