Jessica Z. Mancera

Jessica Z. Mancera, SHRM-CP, CAPM, is an HR professional with extensive experience across various roles in human resources. Currently serving as an HR Generalist at The CARIAN Group since March 2024, Jessica previously held the positions of Jr HR Generalist and HR Coordinator at WSAudiology from January 2020 to March 2024, where responsibilities included maintaining employee data and managing HRIS and payroll systems. Earlier experience includes working as an HR Talent Associate & Account Manager at Equiliem, onboarding candidates nationwide, and as a Recruiting Intern, sourcing candidates and conducting interviews. Jessica began a career in administration as a Legal Assistant at the Law Office of George G. Gussis. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management and Political Science from Rutgers University.
