Alisha Grisham

Alisha Grisham began their work experience in 2007 with East Tennessee Human Resource Agency, Inc. (ETHRA) as a Finance role. Alisha worked in this position for a period of 11 years, from February 2007 to February 2018. Alisha then moved on to The Carlstar Group in March 2021, where they took on the role of Human Resources Generalist. On April 24, 2023, they were promoted to this new position within the same company.

Alisha Grisham began their education in 1987 at Halls High School in Knoxville, TN, where they earned an Honors Diploma through the Honors/Regents High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Following their high school education, they attended Belmont University from 1991 to 1993, focusing on Mathematics and Statistics. Alisha then pursued further education at Pellissippi State Community College from 1995 to 1996, earning an Associate's degree in General Studies.
