James Frederiksen has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. James began their career in 1985 at Electronic Data Systems, where they completed the EDS Systems Engineering Development program and provided primary support for the Hourly Timekeeping application. James also supported the Warehouse and Shipping Systems during their tenure.

In 1999, James moved on to Manning & Napier Information Services/Talavera as a Senior Program Manager. James continued to provide primary support for the Hourly Timekeeping application and became the primary support for the SAP Business Warehouse module. Additionally, they created Visual Basic applications for data viewing and inventory management.

From 2003 to 2014, James worked at I-Evolve/E3 Technologies as a System Engineer. Here, they provided primary support for over 20 applications for General Motors Components Holding, LLC. James also worked as the primary Visual Basic programmer for the company and offered 24-hour remote and on-site assistance and troubleshooting for customers.

From 2014 to 2019, James joined General Motors as a System Analyst. James started as a contract worker and later became a full-time employee. During their time there, they continued to provide primary support for 20+ local applications and was responsible for creating and enhancing various applications, such as a plant material labeling application, an expense crib inventory system, a communications wall viewer, and a dock message board.

Currently, James is working at The Carlstar Group as an MES Developer, a role they started in 2019. Further details about this role, including start and end dates, were not provided.

James Frederiksen attended Iowa State University - College of Liberal Arts and Sciences from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
