Trish Gathers

Trish Gathers currently serves as President and CEO of The Carmelite System, Inc. since July 2021, previously holding the position of Chief Operating Officer at the same organization from September 2013 to July 2021. Gathers has extensive experience in financial services, having worked as VP of Financial Services for Catholic Health East from June 2001 to September 2013, where responsibilities included supporting various continuing care service lines and leading a significant financial redesign process. Gathers also served as Vice President - Controller for ACTS Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. from March 1990 to June 2001, overseeing financial operations for multiple continuing care retirement communities and contributing to the development of new facilities. Earlier roles included positions at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Crozer Chester Medical Center, and Arthur Andersen and Company. Gathers holds an MBA from Villanova University and a BS in Accounting.
