Michelle Gutierrez

Michelle Gutierrez, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michelle is currently the Regional Director of Operations at Carolina Center for ABA & Autism Treatment. Prior to this, they held various roles at BY YOUR SIDE-Autism Therapy Services, including Executive Director - Operations, Director of Administration and Operations, Senior Manager of Operations, Operations Manager, and Office Manager & ABA Therapist. Before that, they worked as an Administrative Specialist at MetroSouth Medical Center and as a Support Manager at PetSmart for a significant duration. Michelle also served as a Research Assistant at Aging and Neurocognition Laboratory and STRONG Kids. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant Officer Manager & Peer Advisor at UIUC-College of Applied Health Sciences.

Michelle Gutierrez earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Health Administration from Saint Xavier University, which they completed between 2016 and 2019. Prior to this, they studied Speech and Hearing Science at The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, finishing their degree between 2009 and 2013.
