Jeremy Case

Jeremy Case is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and technical support. Currently serving as Lead Systems Engineer at The Carpenter Health Network since January 2017, Jeremy has previously held positions as Senior Helpdesk Technician at Gulf South Technology Solutions, LLC., and Junior System Administrator at TraceSecurity. Earlier career roles include Help Desk Technician at the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, where foundational IT skills were developed. Jeremy holds an Associate of Arts degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Baton Rouge Community College, completed in 2009.
