Jean Baptiste Fankam Fankam

Jean Baptiste Fankam Fankam is a Research Fellow at IMSI, specializing in materials informatics using simulation tools and data sciences. Besides, as an Instructor and Maintainer at The Carpentries, Jean Baptiste teaches Unix Shell and Python programming. With a background in computational materials science and a PhD in Materials Sciences, gained from the University of Yaounde I, Jean Baptiste has extensive experience as a Phd Researcher and tutor at the University of Yaoundé I. Currently pursuing a Postdoctoral degree at the University of the Witwatersrand, Jean Baptiste has a strong educational foundation in the field of materials science and engineering.
