Elizabeth Crandall, MAI, SRA, R/W-AC has over 26 years of work experience in the real estate industry. Elizabeth worked as a Tax Appeal Consultant at Weinstein Realty Advisors from an unknown start date until 1998. Elizabeth then worked as an Eminent Domain Appraiser and Expert Witness as a Consultant/Independent Contractor from April 1998 until August 2020. Most recently, Elizabeth joined The Carroll Companies in 2020, where they have held various roles including Property Valuation & Tax Appeal Specialist, Land Acquisition Supervisor, and currently serves as the Director of Acquisitions, Taxation, and Valuation.
