Irene Ecker

Irene Ecker is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in nonprofit and corporate sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Kids Alive International since January 2022, Irene is dedicated to advocating for vulnerable children. Previous roles included Child Friendship Coordinator and Salesforce Administrator at Mully Children's Family USA, where Irene focused on safeguarding children's rights, as well as Accountant at Mully Children's Family Canada, supporting rescue efforts in Kenya. Irene also worked as Operations Manager at BrightPoint for Children, enhancing child sponsorship services, and held multiple positions at Lafarge, including Finance Manager and Regional Accounting Director. Early in Irene's career, roles at Corn Products International involved management and financial accounting for Canadian operations. Irene holds a Certified Management Accountant designation and has completed advanced programs in management and human resources.
