Robert Domenech

Robert Domenech serves as the Primary Principal and Assistant Director at The Casco School since January 2025, contributing to one of Panama's leading international schools that offers a British Bilingual Primary School curriculum. From August 2004 to December 2024, Robert held various positions at Balboa Academy, including Middle School Principal, Middle School Assistant Principal, Athletic Director, Elementary Assistant Principal, and Elementary School Teacher. Additionally, Robert was active in The Association of American Schools of Central America, serving as President and Vice President of the Secondary Principals’ Group from May 2021 to May 2024. Robert began an academic career as an English Instructor at Quality Leadership University from August 2005 to July 2007. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Florida and a Master's in Educational Leadership and Policy from Florida State University.
