Tim Papan

Tim Papan possesses extensive experience in construction project management and geology. Currently serving as a Construction Owner's Representative at Catalyst Construction since April 2023, Tim also holds the position of Senior Construction Project Manager at Continental Properties since February 2018, contributing to commercial real estate projects nationwide. Previously, Tim worked as a Senior Construction Project Manager at ARCADIS U.S. from August 2014 to February 2018 and started as a Geologist II. Tim's career began at Weston Solutions, Inc. as an Assistant Geoscientist I, where responsibilities included groundwater, soil, and air sampling. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Geological and Earth Sciences from Western Illinois University in 2013.
