Becca Nelson

Becca Nelson has a solid work experience in various sales and marketing roles. Becca has been the Director of Sales and Marketing at The Catering Company of Chapel Hill since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Marketing Director at The Produce Box from June 2021 to May 2023. Becca also served as an Event Planner at The Catering Company of Chapel Hill from January 2014 to June 2021. Becca has experience as a Creative Director at MAX Ultimate Food from July 2012 to September 2013. Additionally, they have worked as a Design + Marketing Assistant and a Marketing Communication Graduate Student at Emerson College from September 2010 to June 2012. Further, Becca has interned at Brand Content in 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Independent Event Producer at Bessie Art Productions, a Staff Writer at REAX Music Magazine, and an Events Coordinator at USF Institute for Research in Art. Becca also served as a Media Relations Coordinator at New College of Florida. Overall, Becca has a diverse background in sales, marketing, event planning, and communications.

Becca Nelson obtained their Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in French Language and Literature from New College of Florida, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued an M.A in Integrated Marketing Communication from Emerson College.
