The Cathedral School of St. John the Divine
Chris Starr is an experienced communications and marketing professional with a strong background in educational institutions. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Content Strategy at Oak Knoll School of the Holy Child since October 2022, Chris has previously held roles as a Communications Specialist at The Cathedral School of St. John the Divine and The Peck School. With a focus on external marketing, community relations, brand management, and media communications, Chris has contributed to various institutions, including the International School of Luxembourg as Communications and Marketing Manager, Virginia Episcopal School as Director of Communications, and Woodstock School as Alumni Coordinator. Chris also has experience in higher education as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Redlands and possesses extensive knowledge in media development from a managerial position at Emerald Publications. Chris holds an M.Ed. in Educational Media and Instructional Design and a B.A. in Radio, Television, and Film from Temple University.
