Finally, they started their healthcare career as a Site Manager at BJC Medical Group from 1998 to 2000.

Throughout their career, Amy Ballance has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, marketing, and facility expansion. Amy has also excelled in operational oversight, physician growth initiatives, and practice management.

Amy Ballance received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology, General from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Amy then pursued a Master of Health Administration degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the Saint Louis University School of Public Health, completing their studies between 1994 and 1996.
