Amy Ballance

Amy Ballance has a diverse work experience in various healthcare organizations. Amy is currently serving as the Chief of Staff at The Catholic Health Association of the United States since July 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Director at the same organization from March 2022 to July 2023. In 2020, Amy founded and served as the President of Levare Solutions, LLC, where they focused on leveraging existing resources to help individuals reach their potential.

Amy also worked at BJC HealthCare as the Director of Strategic Planning from July 2021 to March 2022. Before that, they held leadership positions at Hospital Sisters Health System, where they served as the Division Vice President for Strategy, Business Development, Marketing, and Facilities from June 2013 to March 2020. Amy was also the Division Executive Director of Provider Development from July 2010 to June 2013.

Furthermore, Amy worked at HSHS Medical Group as the Division Director of Operations from June 2008 to July 2010. Amy also has experience as an Administrative Director of Ambulatory Clinic Services at St. Elizabeth's Hospital from June 2005 to June 2008. Amy's early career involved serving as the Practice Plan Manager at Saint Louis University from January 2000 to June 2005, where they oversaw practice operations and successfully transitioned the practice to a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Finally, they started their healthcare career as a Site Manager at BJC Medical Group from 1998 to 2000.

Throughout their career, Amy Ballance has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, marketing, and facility expansion. Amy has also excelled in operational oversight, physician growth initiatives, and practice management.

Amy Ballance received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology, General from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Amy then pursued a Master of Health Administration degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the Saint Louis University School of Public Health, completing their studies between 1994 and 1996.
