Howard Kaplan

Howard Kaplan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, real estate, and consulting. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Business Development at Avenu, LLC since April 2020, Kaplan also holds the position of Real Estate Broker at Lewis and Kirk Realty while managing a familial real estate portfolio at AJA Family Properties. Kaplan's background includes roles such as Broker In Charge at The CBA Group, and managing a Sea Tow franchise for over a decade. Prior experience encompasses positions in finance and service management, along with a strong educational foundation with an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Rochester and a BA in International Relations from Tufts University.
