Jack Daniels

Jack Daniels has extensive experience in business development and sales, particularly in the financial industry. Jack currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at The CCS Companies, where they have been since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as Vice President of Business Development at Client Services Incorporated from 2018 to 2023, and as VP of Sales, Marketing, and Collection Strategy at SRA Associates, Inc. from 2006 to 2018. Before that, Jack served as Assistant Vice President of Outsourcing Operations at Receivable Management Services from 2000 to 2006, and as Vice President and General Manager at MRS BPO, LLC from 1993 to 2000. Jack began their career as a Collection Manager at GC Services Limited Partnership in 1986. Throughout their career, Jack has been responsible for attracting new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, developing growth strategies, monitoring performance, and managing teams.

Jack Daniels attended Widener University from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics & Management Information Systems. In addition to their degree, they also earned the following certifications:

- HIPAA HITECH Privacy in March 2015

- HIPAA HITECH Security in March 2015

- PCI DSS Certification in March 2015

- SSAE16 in November 2013.
